Terms & Conditions

When you use or place an order through Banner Printing NYC, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws. If you don’t agree or lack authority, do not use this site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates go live immediately after posting, and continued use means you accept them. If you disagree with changes, stop using your account and the site. We will cancel your access, but you remain responsible for paid or in-process orders.

Related Policies

These terms include our Privacy Policy and any other rules that apply to specific services. You remain bound by any other agreements you have with Banner Printing NYC.

Electronic Communication

By using this site you agree that we may send you notices or legal updates electronically (email or site postings). These messages count as written communication. If you opt out, your account will be closed, but you still owe payment for in-process orders.

Use of the Site

We grant you a limited license to browse, view content, and order our services. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any content or code—online or offline. If you do, we may revoke access and pursue legal remedies.

Account Registration

To place orders you must register and keep your account info current. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. If your password is compromised, you must update it immediately and notify us.

Customer Content

You are responsible for all materials you upload. You confirm you hold all rights and will indemnify us for any claims. We store files for at least 30 days after your order and may delete them afterward. We reserve the right to reject any content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

Design Tools

Any design elements provided through our tools remain our property. Your use does not grant ownership or exclusive rights to those elements. You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe third-party rights.

Third‑Party Links

We may link to external sites for convenience, but we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or security.

File Requirements & Quality Assurance

• We recommend files be at least 300 DPI at final size.
• Files should be CMYK — RGB conversions may lead to color shifts.
• We guarantee CMYK print standards but cannot match screen displays exactly.
• UV coatings may change color appearance; this is not covered under warranty.

We’re not responsible for excessive pixelation or color differences arising from low-res or RGB files submitted as CMYK.

Production & Quantity Variance

We aim to meet ordered quantities but may ship up to 5% over or under. If precise quantity is critical, adjust your order accordingly.

Proofing and Order Approval

We do not check files for grammar, layout, or technical accuracy except through our automated preflight. You approve electronic proofs before printing. Errors became your responsibility once you approve. No physical proofs are provided.

EDDM Products

Every Door Direct Mail orders ship unbundled per USPS rules. Bundling is available for an extra fee. You select routes; we do not choose or validate addresses.

Promotions and Coupons

We may offer coupons and discounts. Each has its own terms and may be limited to one use per account. Coupons can’t be combined and do not apply to shipping, taxes, or prior orders. They are non-transferable and have no cash value. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Payment Terms

All prices are USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the card on file when you order. Orders won’t print without payment. Past-due balances may be charged to your saved card if not paid within five business days of due date.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel anytime before we start production. Once production starts, no cancellation or refund is possible. Refunds for design services are not provided.

Intellectual Property

All site content, design elements, trademarks, and software are owned by Banner Printing NYC or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivatives without permission.

Disclaimer and Liability

Our site and services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for errors, interruptions, viruses, or damages beyond the amount you paid for the affected product. In jurisdictions that restrict disclaimers, those limits apply only as allowed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by New York law. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in New York, NY. International treaties like the CISG do not apply.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Banner Printing NYC and our partners for claims arising from your use of the site, your uploads, or your breach of these terms.

Security and Privacy

We use standard security measures like encryption, but cannot guarantee complete safety. Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may deactivate your account or access at any time if you violate these terms. Deactivation doesn’t relieve any obligations you already incurred.
