Production Turnaround Schedule

Same Day Print and Pickup

Orders approved by 1:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day pickup in New York. Pickup window runs from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This option is available only for select sizes and quantities. Files must pass preflight checks with no corrections required. Pickup occurs at our studio location or can be linked to a local courier if delivery is arranged. Same-day is designed for emergency fulfillment and last-minute campaign recovery — not all formats qualify.

Next Business Day

Artwork approved by 1:00 PM EST qualifies for next-day pickup. Material will be ready between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM the following business day. This is optimal for medium-sized poster batches where same-day is not feasible but urgency remains. Final file must be confirmed print-ready — delay in approval pushes the clock to the next eligible cycle.

3 Business Day Schedule

Orders cleared by 10:00 AM EST are printed and ready for pickup on the third business day between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This is our default cycle for most standard-size poster runs. Jobs in this bracket benefit from full press calibration, QC inspection, and optimized batching with similar jobs to minimize handling defects. Ideal for larger campaigns requiring print consistency across multiple units.

5 Business Day Schedule

Submission before 10:00 AM EST secures pickup on Day 5, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This tier supports bulk orders, campaign kits, and finishing steps such as shrinkwrapping or special packaging. Extended handling allows for detailed prepress checks, color matching, and multi-stage drying when applicable. Required for larger format prints or distributed campaign bundles that need uniformity.

File Approval and Production Start

All turnaround timelines begin after artwork is approved. Files requiring modification, resizing, or format conversion pause the clock until corrected assets are received and cleared. We notify you immediately if changes are needed. No job enters production without verified artwork confirmation. Production schedules do not include shipping time — allow 1 to 5 additional business days for transit depending on your destination.

Custom Formats and Special Handling

Oversized prints, custom substrates, and non-standard configurations follow individual schedules. We confirm all timing at the quote stage based on materials, workflow, and current capacity. These jobs do not adhere to the standard turnaround brackets. All special jobs must be pre-cleared to avoid delays or rejections at production intake.
